In order to register, participants are asked to send a filled registration form by e-mail to mstars09@ujaen.es and we will electronically acknowledge receipt as soon as possible. Please allow a few days before contacting us again. The title of your contribution and abstract shall be included with this form.

Your registration will be considered as confirmed when payment of the registration fee of 275 euro (early registration) is received. The deadline for early registration has been recently extended to 20th December 2008. After this date, the registration fee will rise to 325 euro. Registration will be closed after 20th January 2009. Soon after this date, the third and final announcement will be issued.

We strongly request that all payments in advance are made trhough a transfer to this account number:

1) To quote the 'MASSIVE STARS' meeting as the concept of your payment. This will make easier for the university administration to identify the destination of your money.

2) Once the transfer is completed, please send us a copy of your bank form either by e-mail to mstars09@ujaen.es or by fax to +34 953212838. This will enable the LOC to better track your payment in the university account.

A receipt will be given to each participant during the conference. Unfortunately, credit cards cannot be accepted for registration. Cash payment in euros at the meeting reception desk of the 325 euro late registration fee will also be accepted but this option is not recommended by the LOC.

Support: due to budget constrains the LOC is not able to provide support for participants at this point beyond waiving the registration fee in a few well justified cases. Please state any special circumstance in your registration form.

The registration fee includes the proceedings book, a welcome handbag, and all coffee-breaks and lunch tickets during the meeting. Payment for the conference dinner (30 euros) will be collected separately in cash during the meeting for those participants willing to attend. The touristic trip to Úbeda and Baeza is finally included with your registration fee.

If you wish to get an official invoice stating your registration fee payment please complete this billing form and send it to mstars09@ujaen.es. Please note that if no billing form is received from you, the LOC will not be able to provide you with the invoice during the meeting. The billing form is also available as a pdf file.
