The Grove - Working Papers on English Studies is a non-profit yearly publication sponsored by the Grupo de Investigación HUM.0217 de la Junta de Andalucía (España), whose members belong to the Departamento de Filología Inglesa of the Universidad de Jaén (España) and published by Servicio de Publicaciones e Intercambio Científico of the Universidad de Jaén.

The major scope of The Grove is literature written in English, critical theory, English linguistics, both synchronic and diachronic, translation, and English as a Foreign Language.

The Editor  kindly invites contributions of articles and book reviews within the domain of English Philology, as well as unpublished poems.
