The 13th International SELIM Conference will be held at the University of Jaén from 9 to 11 October 2000. The following keynote speakers have already confirmed their participation as plenary lecturers: Prof. Fred C. Robinson (University of Yale), Prof. David Burnley (University of Sheffield), Prof. W. James Simpson (University of Cambridge) and Prof. Miguel Martínez López (University of Almería).
We are looking forward to meeting you all in Jaén. Papers will last 20 minutes and will be followed by a 10-minute discussion.
A 100-to-300-word abstract (printed copy)
should be sent in a sealed envelope addressed either to

The dateline for reception of abstracts is May 31, 2000.
All submissions should include name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s), as well as telephone, fax and mail and e-mail addresses. Please also indicate if you need an overhead projector or any other facilities for your presentation.
