1. Textual quotes referring to written sources or to other authors included in the text (not in the notes) which are longer than four lines, should be written in one space, in italics and with different margins to those of the main body.
2. The notes should always be used to clarify the text, not to give bibliographical data, which should be introduced as explained below (arts. 28 and 29).
3. Notes should be grouped together at the end of the document and numbered, and on no account should the special system of the computer programme employed for such purposes be used. The number within the text should be written with normal characters between brackets.
