Important dates and dead-lines
Calendar of the conference
Saturday 20th of April 2024
- May 13: Deadline to propose a mini-symposium.
- May 18: Acceptance of mini-symposium proposals.
- May 20: Cutoff date for the first € 50 reduction of registration fees.
- Jun 15: The deadline to submit an abstract.
- Jun 25: Abstract rejection notification.
- Jun 30: Cutoff date for the second € 50 reduction of registration fees.
- Jul 5: Cutoff date for the payment of accommodation fees. After this date, you will pay additional 50 euros.
- Jul 10: Conference program posted on conference website.
- Jul 15: Shuttle service from Linares-Baeza train station to Úbeda. Registration desk will be open in Hotel María de Molina. Lunch at 2.30 p.m. in the Restaurant "El Marqués". Dinner at 9.00 p.m. in the Restaurant "El Marqués".
- Jul 16-19: Conference.
- Jul 20: Shuttle service to Linares-Baeza train station and Úbeda bus station. Lunch at 2.00 p.m. in the Restaurant "El Marqués".
