• May 15th: Deadline to propose a mini-symposium
• May 22nd: Acceptance of mini-symposium proposals.
• June 1st: After this date, you will pay additional 50 euros in Conference Fees.
• June 2nd: The deadline to submit an abstract.
• June 8th: Abstract rejection notification.
• June 10th: Cutoff date for the payment of accommodation fees (After this date, you will pay additional 50 euros). To be included in the Scientific Programme, you have to confirm your participation paying the registration fees or the hotel reservation before June 10th.
• June 19th: Conference program posted on conference website.
• June 22nd: Shuttle service from Linares-Baeza train station to Úbeda. Registration desk will be open in Hotel María de Molina, Hotel El Postigo and in Parador. Dinner at 9.00 p.m. in the Restaurant "El Marqués".
• June 23rd: Opening Ceremony at 09.30 a.m. . Registration desk will be open in UNED (Address: Gradas, 10, Úbeda).
• June 23rd-26th: Conference.
• June 27th: Shuttle service to Linares-Baeza train station.
