The scientific program of the conference will commence on Monday morning (June 23rd) at approximately 10.00 a.m.. We recommend you to arrive to Úbeda a day before, on Sunday.

Our intention is that most of participants do not need the registration desk. In this way, if you chose all-inclusive conference and you pay accommodation and local expenses ( B) ) (before June 10th) and conference fees ( A) ) (before June 1st), you can go directly to your hotel where you will find in your room the abstracts book, the program, detailed information, invoices, material, etc.

If on the contrary you do not pay in advance, you will have to go to the registration desk in Hotel María de Molina, Hotel El Postigo, Parador de Úbeda, or UNED.

The tentative program is:

• Shuttle service from Linares-Baeza train station to Úbeda
• Registration desk in Hotel María de Molina or in Hotel El Postigo or in Parador de Úbeda
• Dinner at 9.00 p.m. in in Restaurant "El Marqués"

• Registration desk in UNED (Address: Gradas, 10, Úbeda).
• Opening Ceremony at 10.00 a.m.
• Plenary lectures start at 10.30 a.m.
• Visit to workshops craftsmen at 10.30 a.m. (only for accompanying people).
• Lunch at 2.30 p.m. in Restaurant "El Marqués"
• Visit to Ubeda at 8.00 p.m.
• Dinner at 9.30 p.m. in Parador de Úbeda

• Plenary lectures start at 9.00 a.m.
• Dancing class at 10.30 a.m. (only for accompanying people)
• Lunch at 2.30 p.m. in Restaurant "El Marqués"
• Visit to Baños de la Encina, Cásstulo y Baeza.
• Dinner in Baeza

• Cooking class at 10.30 a.m. (only for accompanying people)

• Gala dinner at 9.30 p.m.
