License Agreement on line Access

By the Agreement, JJA grants a license to type II subscribers on the Internet to the full text of the articles published, subject to the following terms and conditions.

The subscription includes authorization by means of the institution's IP address to allow site-wide online access by authorized users via multiple connections. Authorized users must be employees, faculty, staff, and students, officially affiliated with the subscriber, or authorized on-site clients of the subscriber's library facilities.

An authorized user may not make the electronic version of JJA available to anyone other than another authorized user.

The electronic version of JJA and its contents are subject to copyright. The subscriber acknowledges that it has no claim to ownership by reason of its subscription. Downloading of data is permitted only for subscriber's internal use to the same extent as the printed version of the publication.

JJA reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate access to the electronic version without prior notice if a subscriber violates the terms of the Agreement.

JJA has made and will make efforts in good faith, to ensure that the electronic version is complete and accurate. However, it does not warrant completeness or accuracy, and does not warrant that the subscriber's use will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results obtained will be useful or will satisfy the subscriber's requirements. The subscriber will be permitted to access the electronic version at any time, although it will not be liable for any delay, down time, or other failure of performance.
