Program

The scientific program of the conference will commence on Monday morning (June 24th) at approximately 9.00 a.m. . We recommend you to arrive to Úbeda a day before, on Sunday.

Our intention is that most of participants do not need the registration desk. In this way, if you chose all-inclusive conference and you pay accommodation and local expenses ( B) ) (before June 15th) and conference fees ( A) ) (before June 1st), you can go directly to your hotel where you will find in your room the abstracts book, the program, detailed information, invoices, material, etc.

If on the contrary you do not pay in advance, you will have to go to the registration desk in Hotel María de Molina, Parador de Turismo de Úbeda or UNED.

June 24th -
  • Registration desk in UNED (Address: Gradas, 10, Úbeda).
  • Opening Ceremony at 9.30 a.m. in Úbeda Townhall
  • Plenary lectures start at 10.30 a.m.
  • Lunch at 2.00 p.m. in Restaurant "El Marqués"
  • Dinner at 8.30 p.m. in Parador de Úbeda
  • Visit to Úbeda at 10.30 p.m.
June 25th -
  • Plenary lectures start at 9.30 a.m.
  • Visit to workshops craftsmen at 10.30 a.m. (only for accompanying people).
  • Departing at 1.30 p.m. to the forest. Lunch.
  • Tapas Dinner in Restaurant "El Marqués" at 9.30 p.m.
June 26th -
  • Plenary lectures at 9.30 a.m.
  • Cooking class at 10.30 a.m. (only for accompanying people)
  • Lunch in Restaurant "El Marqués" at 2.00 p.m.
  • Gala dinner at 9.30 p.m.
June 27th -
  • Plenary lectures start approx. 9.30 a.m., contributed talks start at 11.00 a.m.
  • Lunch at 1.00 p.m. in Parador de Úbeda
  • Shuttle service to Linares-Baeza train station and Úbeda bus station.
