• June 1st: After this date, you will pay additional 50 euros in Conference Fees.
• June 5th: Deadline to propose a mini-symposium.
• June 12th: Acceptance of mini-symposium proposals.
• June 15th: The deadline to submit an abstract.
• June 19th: Abstract rejection notification.
• June 21st: For all inclusive participants: Cutoff date for the payment of accommodation fees.
• June 22nd: To be included in the Scientific Programme, you have to confirm your participation paying the registration fees or the hotel reservation before June 22nd.
• June 26th: Conference program posted on conference website.
• June 30th: Registration desk will be open in Hotel El Postigo. (For all inclusive participants: Shuttle service from Linares-Baeza train station to Úbeda, and Dinner at 9:30 p.m.)
• July 1st: Opening Ceremony at 10:00 a.m.. Registration desk will be open in UNED (Address: Gradas, 10, Úbeda).
• July 1st-4th: Conference.
• July 4th: Closing Ceremony.
• July 5th: For all inclusive participants: Shuttle service to Linares-Baeza train station.
