Lecturer in Analytical Chemistry

I studied Chemistry at the University of Jaén and I made my PhD thesis in the topic of flow through optosensors, getting my Ph degree in 2003. I got a 2-years postdoctoral position in the TU-Wien (Austria). There, I joined the group Chemical Analysis and Vibrational Spectroscopy leaded by Prof. Lendl.

Since 2006 I am a lecturer in the University of Jaén (Spain)and my research work is focused in the analytical application of vibrational spectroscopy with the aid of chemometrics. Cultural heritage and Olive oil are my preferred topics.
