The UJA, in 2020, was placed in the first quartile of European universities, where its students said they would recommend the university as the best option for them to complete their undergraduate and postgraduate studies. The average score given was 8.2 out of 10, the same score received in 2019.

In the 2019 edition, the UJA was ranked as the second best-valued Spanish university in terms of international student satisfaction. It is one of 130 international universities awarded for the satisfaction of their international students.
