This section brings together transversal initiatives and support resources aimed at accompanying researchers’ career paths at the University of Jaén across different career stages (R1–R4). It includes career guidance tools, job opportunities, mentoring initiatives and institutional support services, in line with the principles of the HRS4R strategy.
