As indicated in section f) of Order INT/657/2020, those students who take courses of less than 90 days and are of nationalities that do not require a visa (as is the case of Americans), may travel with proof of registration for the course and medical insurance for the entire stay. They must travel during the course or at most 15 days before. and then go to THIS LINK.
