Important dates and dead-lines

Calendar of the conference

May 15th: Cutoff date for the first € 50 reduction of registration fees. (Just include your name in our on-line registration system)
May 25th: Deadline to propose a mini-symposium.
May 31st: Acceptance of mini-symposium proposals.
June 1st: Cutoff date for the second € 50 reduction of registration fees. (You must pay the registration fees.)
June 10th: The deadline to submit an abstract.
June 13th: Abstract rejection notification.
June 15th: Cutoff date for the payment of accommodation fees (After this date, you will pay additional 50 euros). In order we will be able to include you in the Scientific Programme you have to pay the registration fees or the hotel reservation before June 15th.
June 20th: Conference program posted on conference website.
June 23rd: Shuttle service from Linares-Baeza train station to Úbeda. Registration desk will be open in Hotel María de Molina and in Parador. Dinner at 9.00 p.m. in the Restaurant "El Marqués".
June 24th-27th: Conference.
