One of the challenges in developing software systems is understanding the information security requirements that must be met. This course focuses on how to analyze and assess information security requirements and communicate these requirements with other relevant stakeholders in the system development lifecycle. Various methods of information security requirements engineering are covered. This course also enhances students' skills in presenting information security requirements in both written and oral formats.
This course is free for students who secure a spot (including leisure activities during the in-person week in Sweden), and, if awarded, it will be funded through the Erasmus+ KA13 Student Mobility Call. Short Stays. BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) 2023/24 and 2024/25 by the Office of Internationalization.

Who is this course for? How do I apply?
Undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students in the fields of Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Requirements Engineering, and Computing Science.
To apply for a place in this course, you must be enrolled at the University of Jaén in a degree program relevant to the course topic for the current academic year and have a sufficient level of English (minimum B2) to follow the course in this language and interact fluently. It is also essential to meet the necessary requirements (section 2 of the call) in order to be eligible for the Erasmus+ scholarship for short stays.
