Information

There are:

- Mobility for teaching and research staff (KA131): 70 places (Teaching and Training)
- Mobility for administrative and service staff (KA131): 25 places (Training)

The period of stay may take place until July 31, 2026 at the latest.

Place and time of presentation

Applications must be submitted via INTRANET/Universidad Virtual/Servicios Administrativos/Movilidad..

Once the final list has been published and the existence of vacancies has been verified, new application and evaluation periods will open until all available places are filled. Applications can be made at UMOVE.
The following evaluation periods are established, until all available places are filled, with applications received by each of the dates indicated below:

- December 30, 2025, inclusive.
- February 28, 2026, inclusive.
- April 30, 2026, inclusive.
- June 15, 2026, inclusive.

Only one mobility place per applicant will be eligible for this call. Exceptionally, a second place may be available provided there are vacancies available during the final allocation period.

Mandatory submission:

1. A document certifying acceptance of the teaching or training visit by the host university. A confirmation email will be valid. Documents (letters or emails) that do not provide proof of having been issued by a higher education institution will not be considered valid.

2. A brief descriptive report of activities and a justification of the expected contribution and impact on the academic and/or scientific activities (technical, management, or administration, as applicable) of the University of Jaén. Form available here: MemoriaSolicitud_Movilidad.docx.
