Scholarships for outstanding sportsmen and women
The University of Jaén offers up to 20 scholarships of €1,800/semester (2,100 US dollars approx.) for skilled sportsmen and women in Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Track & Field, Rugby and Karate for students coming for a group of universities in the USA, Canada, Australia and Latin-America. Students can study whatever major at the University of Jaén as long as they have been nominated by their home institution as skilled sportsmen/women.

Requirements:

• To be nominated as a High Level Athlete by their home university, fulfilling the requirements that each institution designates to achieve this status.
• Be enrolled at the University of Jaén in the academic year for which they have been nominated as an International Mobility student. In order to be a beneficiary of the financial aid, they may not withdraw during the academic year.
• Demonstrate documentary evidence of sporting merits derived from their participation in university competitions.
