Objetive
- Encourage the publication of high-quality research work.
- Promote the creation of new scientific journals that contribute to enriching the publishing landscape.
- VEnhance the visibility of UJA research staff's scientific output at both national and international levels.
Conditions
Proposals related to the different thematic areas established in each call for applications will be co-financed.
The types of proposals eligible for co-financing are:
- Publication of edited books: Works that bring together contributions from various authors on a specific topic.
- Creation of new scientific journals: Projects that include the founding, design, and launch of a new periodical publication. This takes place within the framework of the UJA Publishing House (Editorial UJA) and its Editorial Board, which establishes the guidelines, editorial policy, criteria for scientific, artistic, or cultural quality of the works, as well as the interest of their publication.
- Support for the publication of special issues: Special editions of existing journals dedicated to a topic of particular interest.

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Academic quality: Relevance of the topic, originality of the proposal, methodological rigor, etc.
- Impact: Potential of the proposal to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the corresponding field and its impact on the academic community.
- Feasibility: Realism of the budget, execution timeline, etc.
Beneficiary Obligations
Those outlined in the general terms and conditions. A final activity report (Memoria justificativa) must be submitted in accordance with the call.
