Objetives

Organization of international conferences held at our university.

The objective of this action is to provide grants and resources to research teams for planning and organizing international conferences, aimed at promoting and boosting the international visibility of research conducted at our University, as well as facilitating the creation of collaborative scientific networks. It aims to contribute to the internationalization of our academic and research activities, in addition to generating a positive impact on the region's economic development.

Conditions

Costs associated with the organization of international conferences held at our university will be co-financed, including:

• Design and production of audiovisual content and materials regarding research results or capabilities.
• Design and printing of graphic and corporate identity materials: posters, brochures, roll-ups, etc.
• The maximum grant amount will be €3,000 for scientific conferences of accredited international prestige.
• This action is incompatible with any other measure under the Plan intended for the same purpose.

Applicant Requirements

• Serving as the Principal Investigator (PI) of the research team promoting the initiative or being a member of said research team with authorization from the PI.
• Meeting any requirements established both in the general regulations and in the call text.

Submission of Applications

Applications must be submitted via the Electronic Office of the University of Jaén, attaching the documentation required in the call.

Criterios de valoración

Approval from the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Knowledge Transfer in accordance with the conditions set out in the call.
