Action Int.1.c: Support for Training in Drafting and Managing International Projects

Objectives

A program aimed at promoting the acquisition of competencies, skills, and abilities among UJA research staff in writing and managing international projects through participation in training activities.

This initiative is structured around two types of financial support:

  • Training activities proposed by the University of Jaén that carry an associated cost for teaching and research staff (PDI).
  • Training activities external to the University of Jaén.

Conditions

  • Requirements set forth in both the general regulations and the text of the corresponding call.
  • Training activities must focus on the writing and management of international projects.
  • Applications for training activities external to the UJA are subject to the absence of similar courses at the UJA and require approval from the OFIPI management.

Applications for training activities external to the UJA must be submitted no later than two months before the start of the selected course.

Submission of Applications

Applications must be submitted through the Electronic Office of the University of Jaén (Sede Electrónica), attaching the documentation required in the call.

Evaluation Criteria

Approval from the OFIPI management in accordance with the conditions established in the call.

Obligations of the Beneficiaries

  • Certificate of completion/attendance.
  • Commitment to dissemination: If the applicant has benefited from a training activity external to the University of Jaén, they must carry out content dissemination tasks, which include holding meetings with OFIPI managers and organizing events such as webinars or workshops.
