Objetive
This grant category aims to fund stays that encourage the mobility of young postdocs who have recently joined the teaching and research career path and hold a contractual relationship with the University of Jaén. It is aimed at research staff who have submitted applications for research stays abroad under competitive programs and did not obtain funding.
Conditions
- Requirements set forth in both the general regulations and the official text of the corresponding call.
- Applicants must have previously applied for grants under the "José Castillejo" program (or future programs of a similar nature) and must not have been selected.
- Only applications that scored at least 70% of the maximum possible points in the evaluation process will be accepted.
- Minimum duration of one month and a maximum of three months. The stay must take place during the year the grant is awarded.
- Applications aimed at carrying out teaching-related tasks will not be funded.
Applications must be submitted within a maximum of two months following the final resolution of the mobility program previously entered.
Applicant Requirements
Having participated in the "José Castillejo" postdoctoral stay call or another call of a similar nature, and holding an official evaluation report from that participation. The awarding of this grant will follow the strict order of the score obtained, provided that the applicant reached at least 70% of the maximum possible score.
Submission of Applications
Applications must be submitted through the Electronic Office (Sede Electrónica) of the University of Jaén, attaching the documentation required in the official call.
Evaluation Criteria
Score obtained in the evaluation report.
Beneficiary Obligations
- Complete the stay at the assigned destination. Any changes must be justified and authorized by the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Knowledge Transfer.
- Submit an activity report upon completion of the stay.
- Submit an evaluation report on the level of progress made during the stay, signed by the lead researcher at the host center or by the Vice-Rectorate responsible for research at the host institution.
- Present supporting receipts and invoices for the settlement of expenses incurred during the stay.
- Fulfill the requirements set forth in both the general regulations and the text of the corresponding call.
