Objectives
This training line in transfer pathways aims to promote the training and professional development of UJA research staff in key areas for the transfer of knowledge and technology developed at the University to society. Recognizing the strategic importance of this process, a training pathway has been designed to adapt to the varied and multidisciplinary profile of our university's research staff.
It is intended to implement a flexible, adaptive, and progressive training plan, aimed at addressing the specific needs and expectations of research personnel, as well as promoting collaboration and the exchange of experiences among participants from different fields and levels of training. In this way, participants will be able to acquire the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to enhance their transfer capacity and contribute significantly to the socioeconomic and cultural development of their environment.
In this context, three starting levels will be established: 1) Basic; 2) Intermediate; and 3) Advanced.
A Training Program is proposed through micro-credentials in Transfer and structured by pathways according to the initial profile of the research staff (level 1, 2, or 3), with the general objective of training participants in the fundamentals and practices of knowledge transfer, innovation, and technology, in collaboration with the Center for Lifelong Learning and Supplementary Training.
Participants who successfully complete all requirements for each micro-credential will receive the corresponding certification. Micro-credentials can be accumulated to obtain a final certification in knowledge transfer.
Proposed micro-credentials by level:
Basic Access Level: research staff levels 1, 2, and 3
- Initial Accreditation: Introduction to Knowledge Transfer, 4 ECTS
Intermediate Access Level: research staff levels 2 and 3, or accredited at the basic level
- Intermediate Accreditation: Intermediate Training in Knowledge Transfer, 5 ECTS
Advanced Access Level: research staff level 3, or accredited at the intermediate level
- Advanced Accreditation: Advanced Training in Knowledge Transfer, 6 ECTS

Application Process
Applications must be submitted through the E-Office (Sede Electrónica) of the University of Jaén, attaching the required documentation as specified in the call.
Evaluation Criteria
Applications and provided information will be analyzed by the OTRI to assign the starting level for each applicant.
Obligations of Beneficiaries
- Those set out in the general conditions.
- Attendance of at least 80% of the scheduled hours in the training program.
- Completion of all evaluation activities.
