Resolution of May 14, 2026, of the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Knowledge Transfer of the University of Jaén, publishing the Regulatory Framework and Call for Applications for "Action T.4.a. Activities for the Promotion, Dissemination, and Commercialization of Transfer Results and Capabilities" of the Research and Knowledge Transfer Plan of the University of Jaén 2025.

Objetives

Organization of events, campaigns, and platforms for the dissemination and commercialization of the research results and transfer capabilities of our university.
The objective of this action is to provide grants and resources to research teams for planning and carrying out activities to promote, disseminate, and commercialize their results and capabilities, facilitating their transfer to the productive, social, and business sectors.

Conditions

Co-financing will cover costs associated with communication and marketing activities for transfer results and capabilities, including:

Expenses derived from attending meetings with companies or knowledge transfer events (registration fees, travel expenses, and per diems).
Organization and execution of promotion and knowledge transfer events in collaboration with the OTRI (Knowledge Transfer Office).
Design and production of audiovisual content and materials regarding technological infrastructure, equipment, research results, and knowledge transfer capabilities.
Design and printing of graphic materials and corporate identity items: business cards, brochures, roll-up banners, etc.
The maximum grant amount will be €2,000.
This action is incompatible with any other action within the Plan pursuing the same purpose.

Applicant Requirements

Must be the Principal Investigator of the project or team from which the results and transfer capabilities derive, or a member of said research project or team with express authorization from the Principal Investigator.
Requirements established both in the general regulations and in the call text.

Submission of Applications

Applications must be submitted through the Electronic Office (Sede Electrónica) of the University of Jaén, attaching the documentation required in the call.

Evaluation Criteria

LApplications will be evaluated in accordance with the call text once approved by the management of the OTRI.

Those established both in the general regulations and in the call text.
