The scientific program of the conference will commence on Monday morning (July 1st) at approximately 09:30 a.m.. We recommend to arrive to Úbeda a day before, on Sunday.

Our intention is that most participants do not need the registration desk. In this way, if you choose all-inclusive conference and you pay accommodation and local expenses ( B) ) (before June 20th) and conference fees ( A) ), you can go directly to your hotel where you will find in your room the abstracts book, the program, detailed information, invoices, material, etc.

If on the contrary you do not pay in advance, you will have to go to the registration desk in UNED.
