Description of work

Being this information utterly relevant for the OLIVEN project, this work package will aim at characterizing the most representative olive oil supply chain in Spain, Tunisia and Turkey, as well as improve the knowledge of technologies (existing, best and not yet available) for the valorisation of biomass waste. The following tasks will be carried out:

Task 1.1 State of the art of the olive oil value chain and related biomass waste flows.

Task 1.2 Characterization of the current olive oil value chain (base cases study).

Task 1.3 Definition of the Best Available Technologies (BATs) and Best Not (yet) Available Technologies (BNATs)
