Escuchar- Advise, coordinate and evaluate the mainstreaming of equality in the development of university policies.
- Include a gender perspective in the set of activities and functions of the university.
- Promote co-responsibility in caregiving and ensure the effective exercise of the rights to reconcile personal, work and family life.
- Correcting gender inequalities arising from the responsibilities of caring for dependent persons.
- Develop equality plans and protocols and implement measures to prevent gender-based violence.
- Design prevention and intervention plans for situations of sexual harassment in the university community.
- Develop the actions related to compliance with the Protocol for the prevention and action against sexual harassment, based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression of the University of Jaén.
