Advances in Operations Management and Technology Management (ADOTEC) is a research group of the University of Jaén. It is part of the Andalusian Plan for Research, Development and Innovation (PAIDI) with code SEJ627. It is currently made up of 4 Doctors, 3 full-time researchers, 1 research support technician and 4 collaborating Doctors.

The group is marked by its multidisciplinary character in Economics and Business Sciences and Engineering. Its members have extensive experience in university management and in the Information Technology sector. They have participated in several research projects and in contracts of transfer and/or services to companies.
