It also complies with the legal obligations regarding the prevention of and response to sexual violence established in:
• Organic Law 10/2022, on the comprehensive guarantee of sexual freedom
• Organic Law 3/2007 for the effective equality of women and men
• Spanish Constitution
• Criminal Code.
