To attend to and ensure the recognition of diversities based on birth, racial, cultural, ethnic, religious origin, sexual orientation and gender identity , by developing protocols for action and implementing prevention and response measures against violence, workplace harassment or discrimination based on these diversities.

Establish anti-discrimination policies and practices and recognition of diversity in all aspects of university life, in collaboration with the competent bodies.

Promote discussion forums with associations, organizations and interest groups to identify socially relevant problems that will lead to the design, development and implementation of the University of Jaén's Service-Learning program.

To develop and prepare specific plans on Cooperation and Volunteering at the University of Jaén and to promote cooperation and volunteering projects with the maximum involvement of the university community.

To coordinate with the Cooperation and Volunteering Unit solidarity activities and actions, volunteering and development cooperation through agreements and protocols, ensuring attention to diversity and the integration of the values ​​of University Social Responsibility at the University of Jaén .

To promote university volunteering in accordance with Law 45/2015, of October 14, on Volunteering, and the regulations of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia on the matter.

Promote the implementation of activities aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development Goals related to diversity, cooperation, volunteering and university social responsibility.
