The Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management is your first step towards management positions in companies and both public and private institutions.

Graduates in Business Administration and Management from the University of Jaén have a partial generic exemption from the theoretical training courses for auditors and from the first phase of the examination of access to the Official Accounts Auditors Charter accredited by the Institute of Accounting and Accounts Auditing of the Government of Spain.

The degree in Business Management and Administration of the University of Jaen trains professionals to be able to work in the management, consulting and counselling department of productive organisations. In general, this kind of work may be applicable within the organisation or, specifically, in various functional areas, such as production, human resources, financing, marketability, inversion, management or accounting.

Graduates are required to know the interactions and operations involved in all these functional areas, their general objectives related to productive units and the global context of the economy. They are expected to be in the condition of contributing to the proper operation and the improvement of outcomes. The student for this bachelor's degree taught in English should have the following qualities:

Joint program of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (University of Jaén) and Bachelor of Arts in International Business (FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Germany)

You can follow this Joint program studying the third year of Bachelor of Arts in International Business at the FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences. Courses are followed in English and German. A minimum English level equivalent to the level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is required. You can enroll this program at the Annual Erasmus Call for applications.

Joint program of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (University of Jaén) and Bachelor of Arts in Business (University of Hull, United Kingdom)

You can follow this Joint program studying a year of Bachelor of Arts in Business and an additional internship period at the United Kingdom. Courses are followed in English. The call for applications is open in November at the Internationalization web page.
